Payments and invoices

Purchases on this site are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) acting as merchant of record under its Managed Payments service. Stripe appears as the seller on your payment receipt, collects and remits VAT or sales tax in your country, and handles chargebacks and refunds together with us. Print a Mystery remains responsible for the content of the games and for customer support.

Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, write to us first; most issues are solved within a day. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not undertake to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will always try to settle disagreements directly.
