Refunds

Before you download

You can cancel any purchase within 14 days as long as the files have not been downloaded. Email hello@printamystery.com with your order number; the refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

After you download

Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, the legal right of withdrawal ends when you download, and our checkout asks you to agree to this. We still refund in these cases:

• A file is missing, will not open, or a puzzle has an error we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
• You bought the same game twice by mistake.
• The product page materially misdescribed the game.

How to ask

One email with your order number and, for faulty files, the file name and what went wrong. We reply within one working day. No forms, no hoops.

What a refund means for the license

If we refund a purchase, your license to use the files ends and we ask you to delete them.
