Terms of sale

Plain words first, legal detail second. Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before the store opens.

Who you are buying from

Divil d.o.o., Slovenia, EU, operating as Print a Mystery. Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; the provider’s name, the VAT treatment and the exact amount are shown at checkout before you pay.

What you buy

A digital download: a ZIP file with PDF documents. Nothing is shipped. The game’s description, age range and playing time on the product page are part of what you buy; where they are design targets rather than observed results, the page says so.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to print and use the files for your own private, non-commercial events, as many times as you like. You may not sell, rent, share, upload, translate or modify the files, or use them for events where participants pay, without a host license. All stories, characters, puzzles and designs remain our copyright.

Delivery

The download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered, usually within minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact hello@printamystery.com and we will resend it. Links can be refreshed on request.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU law gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has begun, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Our checkout asks for exactly that consent before the files are released. If you do not want to give it, do not complete the purchase. Until you download the files, you can still withdraw; see our refund policy for how.

Faulty files

If a file does not open, is incomplete or has a puzzle error, you are entitled to a corrected version or, if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, a refund. Tell us which file and what went wrong.

Liability

The games are for entertainment. Scissors, envelopes, mirrors and prizes are supplied by you; an adult should supervise. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Contact and disputes

hello@printamystery.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
