What we collect, and why

• When you buy: your email address and the payment details you enter with our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and is responsible for processing the payment and issuing the invoice. We receive your email address, the order number, the product and the country for tax purposes. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
• When you write to us: your email and what you wrote, kept for as long as needed to help you.
• When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page) for security for a short period. We measure visits with aggregated, cookie-free statistics; no personal profile is built and nothing is shared with advertising networks.

What we do not collect

No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no account to create, no newsletter unless you ask for one by email. The games are played on paper; nothing about the children who play ever reaches us. Please do not send us photos of children or their birth dates; we do not need them to help you.

Legal basis

Performing the contract with you (delivering the files, support), legal obligations (tax records) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted (except records we must keep by law), and object to processing. Write to hello@printamystery.com. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.

Who processes data for us

Our payment provider (checkout, invoices, download delivery), our hosting provider (serving this site) and our email provider (support mail). All are bound by data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EU, standard contractual clauses apply. Their names are listed at checkout and are available on request.
